Bicheno Beer Co. is a small brewery that strives to handcraft beer of quality and variety for all beer enthusiasts. Our beers represent the iconic locations in Bicheno and the community within it.

Our logo art work is inspired by the place we live, work and play. It features the Little Penguin, the flightless bird that calls this town home.
Local artist Dane Chisholm created our logo and taproom artwork. His amazing art is synonymous with the east coast of Tasmania and perfect for our brand. His line drawings are playful and encapsulate all the things we love about Bicheno - wildlife, surfing, swimming, fishing, mountain biking and good times.
In 2025 we opened our taproom and micro-brewery in Bicheno. After six years of brewing and pouring, we are finally open to the public and we can’t wait to share a beer with you in our new space.
Our story is simple: We really love Bicheno, and we really love beer.
When we put Bicheno and brewing together, the result was Bicheno Beer Co.
Every Bicheno Beer Co brew is handcrafted to capture the essence of Bicheno, this little place on the East Coast of Tasmania that we call home.
From the little penguin on our logo to our unique beer names dedicated to the iconic beaches, bays and surf breaks in our town, we strive to capture the essence of Bicheno in every sip.
