This limited edition release imperial stout is the second edition to our successful collaboration with Waubs Harbour Whisky. In this edition, we used two barrels - the original Waubs Harbour stout cask and a Heaven Hill bourbon cask, which when blended, has created a smooth, decadent and complex stout.
Tasting notes: Dark chocolate, rum infused dried fruits, vanilla toffee and toasted coconut.

After brewing and pouring for six years, we have opened our doors!
We threw the doors open for the first time on Saturday 31 May, 2025 and welcomed locals and visitors alike in true Bicheno style: relaxed, open-hearted, and full of flavour.
Tucked down a laneway behind another local icon - Blue Edge Bakery, famous for its Tassie scallop pies - the new location feels just right for Bicheno Beer Co.
The taproom's design embraces the spirit of Bicheno, reflecting the region's unique natural palette.
With views over Bicheno’s Whalers Lookout and glimpses of the ocean under a wide Tasmanian sky, the indoor-outdoor laneway space is set to become the backdrop for memorable moments, and a new chapter in Bicheno Beer Co’s story.
