Our Waubs Harbour Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout returns — and if you’ve had your hands on some from previous releases, you already know just how special this beer is.

Each edition has taken home Gold at the Australian Independent Beer Awards, and for good reason. This is a stout built to impress — rich, layered, and unapologetically decadent. 

Brewed in collaboration with our good friends Tim, Bec & Rob from Waubs Harbour Whisky , this release continues a partnership grounded in craftsmanship and shared obsession. Using barrels from their sold-out Stout Cask whisky releases, we’ve created something that truly blurs the line between beer and spirit. 

Expect deep notes of dark chocolate, whisky-soaked fruit, vanilla, oak and warming spirit — all wrapped in a velvety body that lingers long after the last sip.
